Vitaplus Cold Press Juicer: 5-Year Limited Warranty

The Vitaplus Cold Press Juicer comes with a 5-year limited warranty on all parts from the date of purchase when used for normal and intended household use. If your Vitaplus Juicer has a defect in product material or workmanship, or as a result of normal wear and tear from ordinary intended household use within the warranty period, Vitaplus support will repair or replace the defective part at its sole discretion, free of charge.

Warranty Registration and Claims

Your Vitaplus Juicer is automatically registered for its warranty from the date of purchase. To make a warranty claim, you will need the following information:

  • Product serial number: This is located underneath the bottom of the motor base.

  • Proof of purchase: Original sales order number, along with the name or email used to purchase the product.

  • Pictures/Videos: Visual documentation of the product issue, defect, or damage.

  • Complete the warranty form: This form is available on our website at vitaplus.com/contact.

Who Can Seek Warranty Coverage?

This warranty applies only to the original owner and is non-transferable.

What is Covered?

Vitaplus warrants to the owner that if any component or part of the Vitaplus Cold Press Juicer fails within 5 years from the date of purchase due to a defect in material or workmanship, or as a result of normal wear and tear from ordinary household use, Vitaplus will repair or replace the failed component parts at Vitaplus's sole discretion, free of charge.

What is Not Covered?

This warranty does not cover:

  • Vitaplus Juicer components that have been used commercially or in non-household applications.

  • Cosmetic damages or changes that do not affect performance, such as discoloration or the effects from the use of abrasive cleaners, food buildup, or stains.

  • Products where the serial number has been removed or altered.

  • Any defect due to, or resulting from, ordinary wear and tear, handling, abuse, misuse, or harsh chemical action.

  • Modifications made by unauthorized service personnel.

  • Damage by flood, fire, or other acts of God.

  • Failure to clean and/or maintain the product as set forth in the owner’s user manual.

  • Loss or damage arising from food or product spoilage claims, whether or not on account of product failure.

What Voids the Warranty?

The warranty will be voided under the following circumstances:

  • Abuse, misuse, negligent use, or alteration of the Vitaplus Juicer components.

  • Exposure to abnormal or extreme conditions.

  • Failure to follow the operating instructions outlined in the owner's user manual.

  • Repairs performed by someone other than Vitaplus or an authorized Vitaplus Service Provider.

  • Using any component part of the Vitaplus Juicer in combination with a motor-base or components that are not expressly authorized by Vitaplus.

  • Using the product with improper electrical connections, including electrical power failure, the use of extension cords, low voltage, or voltage drops to the unit.

  • Using the product in a country with non-conforming local electrical standards (e.g., voltage, frequency, power plugs).

How to Obtain a Repair or Replacement Claim

When submitting a claim, please include the following information:

  • Product serial number, located underneath the bottom of the motor base.

  • Sales order number with the name or email of the purchaser, found on the order confirmation email that was sent on the date of purchase.

  • Pictures/Videos of the product issue, defect, or damage.

  • For faster service, please complete the warranty form on our website.

Process of Warranty Replacement

If the product, or one of its parts, qualifies for replacement or service under the warranty, Vitaplus will contact you with further instruction. Upon receipt of the product, Vitaplus may ship the replacement or contact you with further information regarding repair of the product. Typical turnaround time to address warranty claims is up to 30 business days, plus shipping, depending on your geographical location and type of damage or warranty claim.

For additional protection of the product and secure handling, while a product is being returned for any warranty repair service, Vitaplus recommends that you use a traceable, insured delivery service. Vitaplus is not responsible for any loss or damage while a product is in transit or for products shipped that are not delivered to the designated Vitaplus Service Center. All shipping costs to send the product to a Vitaplus service center for repair, including motor repair, are the responsibility of the customer.

Warranty Exclusions and Limitations

NO CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES: Vitaplus is not responsible for economic loss or special, indirect or consequential damages.

WARRANTY IS NOT TRANSFERABLE: This warranty is not transferable or re-assignable and applies only to the original verified purchaser.

NO IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR SERVICE: There are no other warranties statutory, expressed, or implied, except that which is specifically found on the website. These warranties are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, including implied and merchantability or fitness of a particular purpose.

ADJUSTMENTS & CALIBRATIONS: Adjustments including calibrations, leveling, tightening of fasteners, or utility connections normally associated with the original installation are the responsibility of the dealer, installer, or the end user and not the responsibility of Vitaplus.

CONSUMABLES: Specific parts of the Vitaplus Cold Press Juicer may be considered consumable items and therefore not subject to normal warranty as stated. These items include, but are not limited to, specific gaskets, strainers, and brushes. In addition, some items or parts may be discontinued at the time of a warranty claim. For discontinued items or parts, Vitaplus reserves the right to offer a reasonable equivalent of the discontinued item.

Repair, replacement, or refund of the purchase price are the exclusive remedies of the purchaser and the sole liability of Vitaplus under this warranty. No employee or representative of Vitaplus is authorized to make any additional warranty or any modifications to this warranty which may be binding upon Vitaplus. Accordingly, the purchaser should not rely upon any additional statements made by any employee or representative of Vitaplus. In no event, whether based on contract, indemnity, warranty, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, shall Vitaplus be liable for any special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including, without limitation, loss of profit or revenue.
